Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in full-time program in a related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and be a self-starter.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing engineering projects.
• Support process-improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Help develop and update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
