Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper's Houston manufacturing team invites a Winter 2027 Co-op in Manufacturing Engineering. The role focuses on sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement through data analytics, automation, and TPM initiatives.

You will work with EHS, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to identify savings and streamline processes. You will develop Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows and participate in Kaizen events to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related manufacturing field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze water consumption data and support projects reducing Water Usage Ratio (WUR) and utility costs.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for reporting and action-item tracking.
• Support TPM, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying losses and tracking improvement opportunities.
• Manage project action items, follow up with stakeholders, and drive cost-saving and process improvement implementations across the facility.
