Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Fall 2027 Co-op in Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity. Join a fast-paced, cross-functional team to analyze capacity, utilization, yield and cost per case, with on-site plant work and HQ collaboration to advance productivity projects for 2027.

The role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit, offering 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, hybrid, with up to 25% travel. Program runs July 12–December 10, 2027.

Qualifications

• Undergrad enrolled in a full-time program in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau, Power BI and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete problem definition and root-cause analysis with on-site visits as needed.
• Manufacturing execution and financial analysis.
• Problem articulation and presentation.
• Productivity analysis and meetings to align stakeholders.
