Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a financial advisor to build a purpose-driven practice, guiding clients toward financial clarity and service. You will provide tailored advice and connect clients to Thrivent’s products, while developing lasting relationships in your chosen community.

On onboarding, you’ll receive training and support, with compensation based on commissions and incentives as you grow your business within Thrivent’s culture of generosity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; veterans encouraged to apply.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and service.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in your community.
