Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
• Schedule client appointments using your network and Thrivent’s reputation and market workshops.
