Job summary

Thrivent seeks a financial advisor to build a personal practice focused on guiding Christians toward financial clarity and generosity. You will deliver actionable advice, connect clients with Thrivent programs, and foster long-term relationships across generations.

Onboarding includes licensing support, and you’ll manage your schedule with guidance from a collaborative team. The role offers commission-based income with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding.
• Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering workshops and marketing your practice.
• Control your schedule to achieve work-life balance and collaborate with colleagues for success.
