Thrivent Financial invites you to join as a Financial Advisor, helping clients build financial clarity and purpose-based plans. You will guide Christians on their journeys, connect clients with Thrivent products, and cultivate lasting relationships within your community.

The role offers upfront training (up to 14 weeks) and licensing support, with income earned through commissions and incentives based on performance, plus ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and communities.
• Schedule client appointments leveraging network and Thrivent's reputation.
• Deliver workshops and market your practice to grow your client base.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to support your business.
