Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a faith-aligned financial practice, guiding clients toward financial clarity and service. You’ll connect clients with Thrivent products, cultivate enduring relationships, and leverage your network to grow a client base within your community.

The role offers comprehensive onboarding, ongoing support from specialists, and income through commissions and incentives, with a focus on life, health and investment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and service.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation.
• Deliver award-winning financial workshops and market your practice.
