Thrivent Financial is seeking motivated financial professionals to build independent practices that guide clients toward financial clarity with a faith-based approach. You’ll receive training and licensing support while earning commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a personal financial practice guiding clients on journeys to financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
• Conduct award-winning financial workshops and market your practice to drive new client appointments.
