Job summary

Thrivent Financial advisors help clients achieve financial clarity by offering personalized guidance across investments, insurance, and banking products within a faith-focused framework.

The role includes a structured onboarding with up to 14 weeks of training to obtain state licenses (life, health, variable contracts), FINRA registrations, and Thrivent’s onboarding program, followed by a flexible, commission-based income model with strong coaching support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willing to attain FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting, and registrations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in your community.
• Schedule client appointments through your network and Thrivent’s reputation, promoting workshops and planning services.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and collaborate with colleagues and specialists to grow your business.
