Thrivent is seeking a financial advisor to build a practice that helps Christians achieve financial clarity and generosity. You will provide personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent’s products and programs.

You’ll develop long‑term relationships across generations with a focus on trust, service, and faith, while leveraging Thrivent’s support network to grow your business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long‑term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding.
