Thrivent seeks a motivated Financial Advisor to build and grow a personal practice focused on helping clients achieve financial clarity through purpose-based advice. You will guide clients through Thrivent products and programs, forming long-term relationships across generations in communities you serve.

You will receive training and licensing support (life, health, Series 7/66) and ongoing onboarding, with compensation based on commissions and incentives tied to your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration/insurance licensing verification.

Responsabilités

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client appointments, market your practice and deliver workshops.
