• Demonstrated leadership through personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Join a team responsible for faculty support and inquiries.
• Coach Faculty Support Agents and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and engage with at-risk adoptions.
