Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Five (5) years of higher education/event management or related work experience is required.
• This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Faculty Success initiatives, including professional development, faculty recognition, onboarding, engagement, and appreciation activities.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Associate Dean, including tracking deadlines, preparing materials, maintaining records, and coordinating follow-up.
• Plan and execute faculty events, meetings, and workshops, including scheduling, communications, registration, purchasing, and event logistics.
• Support faculty awards, evaluations, workload, promotion-related processes, and committee activities by organizing materials, timelines, communications, and records.
• Develop faculty communications, maintain program data and resources, and collaborate with college and university partners to support Faculty Success priorities.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of new Faculty Success initiatives based on emerging college and university needs.
• Assist with Academic Introduction and Strategies program events, including planning, coordination, purchasing, and execution.
• Support Academic Introduction and Strategies operations including class scheduling, meeting planning and coordination, and other duties as necessary.
