Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of full-time staff, grad students and assistants including recruitment, training and evaluation.
• Plan and evaluate student engagement, leadership, and organization resources for continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership on policies related to student activities, conduct and risk management; ensure compliance.
• Manage budget and fiscal accountability; oversee all procurement and OneCard purchases.
• Track and assess student engagement across programs and initiatives using the engagement platform.
• Participate in leadership team roles on university committees and contribute to strategic planning.
