• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Seven years of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Oversees full-time staff, graduate students and student assistants including selection, training, evaluation and development.
• Plans and evaluates student engagement, leadership and organization resources to improve programs.
• Ensures compliance with laws and UT policies related to student activities, conduct and risk management.
• Manages budget and fiscal accountability and reconciliations for the center.
• Tracks engagement in programs and leadership initiatives using the student engagement platform.
• Serves on university committees and contributes to Student Affairs strategic planning.
• Represents Student Affairs in committees and events and builds cross-campus relationships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
