Job summary

UTMB Health in Galveston, TX seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to manage Faculty and APP recruitment and onboarding. You will handle postings, applicant tracking, interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics for new hires.

You will liaise with department leaders, HR, credentialing, and search committees, maintain records, and provide high-level client service to candidates and stakeholders while working with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience with recruitment processes and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Faculty and APP positions, including postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer processing.
• Serve as liaison between departmental leadership, HR, credentialing, and search committees to ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for Faculty and APPs, including orientation, credentialing support, and equipment/space preparation.
• Develop onboarding checklists and timelines tailored to Faculty and APP roles.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance to meet onboarding requirements.
• Provide high-level customer service to candidates, new hires, and departmental leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Act as a resource for inquiries about hiring processes and institutional policies.
• Execute with minimal direction, administrative duties at the highest level.
