Aston Carter is seeking a Factory Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end material flow in a high-volume manufacturing environment in Fairfield, CA. The role focuses on inbound materials, production planning, WIP, inventory control, and outbound shipments, with SAP-driven optimization and continuous improvement across the plant.

You will oversee master scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Transportation, and HR to ensure on-time

Formación

• Proven leadership in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience across PP, MM, WM, and EWM modules for planning and inventory control.
• Expertise in MRP and material planning processes.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, audits, and physical inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end material flow from inbound materials through production, WIP, finished goods and outbound distribution.
• Own production planning, master scheduling, and capacity planning to meet demand and optimize throughput.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability against production and demand plans.
• Oversee inventory control processes including cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and physical inventory to maintain data integrity.
• Lead SAP-driven planning and digital transformation initiatives across the plant.
• Provide guidance to Production Planners and Schedulers and drive performance management.
