Aston Carter is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory control and procurement support across multiple facilities in Maryland Heights, MO. You will drive data accuracy, ensure smooth material flow, and relieve day-to-day execution from leadership.

Ideal candidates bring extensive supply chain experience, ERP/MRP expertise, and a proven track record in inventory control and collaboration with IT, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 58 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory control, or operations.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with inventory control practices and data integrity.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or food/beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and accountability for the Inventory Control & Systems function.
• Ensure accurate visibility of inventory across facilities via inventory control and cycle counts.
• Oversee procurement records, ERP data, and vendor communications.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for inventory control and procurement workflows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, operations, accounting, and procurement.
