Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to drive material availability and efficient planning across production, procurement and logistics. You will optimize inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and lead initiatives to improve service levels and reduce costs.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with SAP experience and a manufacturing background. A degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and optimize supply planning and inventory management parameters to hit service levels while minimizing excess inventory and costs.
• Ensure accuracy of master data including lead times, order quantities, safety stock levels, and stocking policies.
• Manage MRP processes to balance supply and demand for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet customer requirements and drive Kaizen initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution for large-scale projects ensuring material readiness and on-time delivery.
• Analyze inventory, procurement, and planning KPIs using SAP to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer demand.
