Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or quality engineering experience.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of process control, failure analysis, and risk assessment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA for quality issues.
• Analyze process performance data and drive improvements.
• Conduct measurement system evaluations and improve accuracy.
• Lead quality reviews and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Maintain risk assessments and update quality docs.
• Support audits and ensure timely closure of gaps.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and others.
