• Hands-on support for end-user devices (PCs, printers, VPN, peripherals).

Responsibilities

• Support internal employees across the facility.
• Handle password resets, user accounts, printers, keyboards, mice.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft-related issues and hardware/software.
• Assist with VPN access and general IT operations on the production floor.
