Job summary

Our client, a large global automotive manufacturing and transportation solutions company, is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Analyst to join their team. This individual will support internal employees across the facility and play a key role in day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Tier 1 Analyst / IT Support

Location: Frankfort, IN

Pay rate: $18-23/hr, depends on level of experience

What’s the Job?

The role is supporting internal employees throughout the facility. You'll be helping with things like password resets, user accounts, Microsoft-related issues, printers, keyboards, mice, VPN access, hardware and software troubleshooting, and really anything technology-related that comes up during the day.

What’s Needed?

• IT Support / Help Desk experience
• Factory / Manufacturing environment experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
• Hands‑on support experience with computers, printers, keyboards, mice, VPN, and end-user devices
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work directly with employees on the production floor throughout the day
