Job summary

Tenneco is seeking an IT Site Support specialist to deliver on-site and remote IT infrastructure assistance at the Frankfort, Indiana facility. You will partner with Global IT and external providers to manage incidents, changes and asset workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT operations/service environment.
• Experience in manufacturing/plant IT environments preferred.
• Experience with IT infrastructure projects and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT infrastructure support for office and production environments.
• Handle second-level incidents, problems and requests per service levels.
• Maintain asset register and perform physical audits; support patching, backups and changes.
