Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, expanding manufacturing capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, and more. We seek an early-career Manufacturing Engineer to support design, development, and ramp-up of factory lines within the Factory-as-a-Service initiative.

You will review drawings, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, and collaborate with senior engineers and program leads to shape production and inspection workflows while gaining hands-on

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Reading mechanical drawings and applying DFM principles.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for site visits and vendor interaction.
• Exposure to high-mix/low-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Review part and assembly drawings to assess manufacturing feasibility.
• Assist in developing production workflows and tooling requirements.
• Support CapEx research, equipment evaluation, and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical input to automation and inspection planning.
