Hadrian is shaping the future of American manufacturing by building autonomous factories. We seek a leader to own the design and delivery of equipment powering our factory automation platform, collaborating with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.

You will guide technical decisions, balance cost and performance, and drive projects from concept through verification in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent engineering experience.
• 8+ years designing and deploying automated industrial equipment.
• Proficient in CAD design using SolidWorks or NX.
• Experience in equipment development lifecycle and build cycles.
• Track record in risk assessments, specs, design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define equipment and area design requirements.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews from concept to production.
• Develop framework for internal equipment design and deployment.
• Partner with Factory Development and Production for turnkey operation.
• Own outcomes and drive cross-team trade-offs.
