Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. As the Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development, you will lead strategic projects, design system improvements, and deploy solutions that enable rapid scaling of production.

You’ll perform root-cause analysis, drive early process improvements, and introduce new assets to boost throughput. A STEM degree or equivalent leadership experience in a high‑intensity environment is required, with up to 35% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• 5+ years leadership in high-intensity production.
• 2-3 years manufacturing role with project leadership.
• Experience developing production processes in high-growth settings.
• Proven track record of project execution in manufacturing.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and coding exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: own projects from inception to completion.
• Root Cause Analysis: identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• System Building: develop early pragmatic factory solutions and inform longer-term tech directions.
• Asset and Process Introduction: redesign and introduce processes to increase production rates.
