Job summary

Siemens AG in Roebuck, SC is seeking a Factory Expansion Project Manager to lead a major expansion project at the Pendergrass facility. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners through development, construction, installation, commissioning and readiness for operations.

The candidate will own scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations with significant on-site presence during critical phases and some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction or industrial settings.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed.
• Experience with factory expansions and CAPEX projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with scope, schedule and budget responsibility.
• Strong PM methodologies and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a major factory expansion project with ownership and autonomy.
• Develop and manage master schedule, budget, milestones, CAPEX forecasts and change orders.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
• Manage external partners (architects, engineering firms, contractors, suppliers) to align construction and commissioning.
• Drive factory readiness for production start-up and opportunities to improve schedule and costs.
• Establish governance and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety and PM processes.
