Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Factory Expansion Project Manager based at our Pendergrass, Georgia location to lead a major factory expansion from development through commissioning. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk with strong ownership and on-site presence during critical construction phases.

You will drive the master schedule, CAPEX forecasts, and milestones, supervise external partners, and ensure operational readiness for production

Qualifications

5+ years in project management, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
Experience with factory expansions and CAPEX projects.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of a major factory expansion with clear scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.
Develop and manage master schedule, CAPEX forecasts, milestones, and change orders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT.
Manage external partners: architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Drive operational readiness and production start-up, aligning facilities and utilities.
Establish governance, reporting, and executive communication per PM processes.
