Job summary

Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead cradle-to-grave oversight for upgraded generator components and related complex projects. You will interface with customers and internal teams, manage design reviews, factory tests, and contract deliverables while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires experience in managing large projects, travel up to 15%, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex high-value projects.
• PMI or IPMA certification is a bonus, with plan to obtain IPMA within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Interface with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular project updates, design reviews, factory testing, and witness points.
• Manage project financials including contract issues and change orders.
• Develop quality and risk management plans for the project.
• Implement Zero-Harm directives for project safety.
