Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Manager - Manufacturing to lead and coordinate initiatives for the Tampa Operations expansion. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

You will drive project execution, monitor progress, manage resources, and report KPIs to stakeholders, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Solid organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
• Basic financial and business acumen, including budgeting and reporting.
• Export license requirements may apply; license issuance is a prerequisite for this role.
• U.S. employment authorization is required; visa sponsorship may be available for internal transfers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects related to the Tampa Operations expansion, ensuring alignment with objectives and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations to keep projects on track within scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate interdependencies between projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery using PM methodologies.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders with clear communication of progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster alignment and effective communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools within the program.
