Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing environments.
• CapEx sourcing experience including equipment purchases, construction trades, MRO, and/or facility services.
• Proven negotiation skills with RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract awards.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, commitment tracking, total cost of ownership, cost breakdown/should-cost analysis).
• Experience cross-functionally with Engineering/Operations and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement tools; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel during build and ramp phases.
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop the site supply chain by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding local/regional suppliers for direct and indirect categories to support ramp‑up.
• CapEx sourcing and execution for capital equipment, construction, utilities, and facility services (RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, awards).
• Capital expense governance with Finance to ensure budgets and authorizations are followed; track commitments vs. budgets.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, SLAs, and change orders with Legal and stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs for supplier performance and conduct reviews to drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, IT, and EHS.
• Develop location strategy and total cost of ownership analyses for make/buy decisions.
• Implement/standardize purchasing processes and ensure data accuracy in ERP/eProcurement tools.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit expectations.
