Job summary

Sulzer in Easley, SC is seeking a Lead Project Expert to manage large-scale, complex projects and guide others in project management methods. This role focuses on planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time delivery.

The position requires Lean Black Belt certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). It is 100% on-site at the Easley factory, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Manage large, complex projects end-to-end with limited oversight.
• Coach and review work of lower level professionals.
• Apply Lean principles to improve delivery and flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, complex projects and provide expert guidance on PM methodologies.
• Plan, execute, and engage stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve delivery performance and lead times.
• Prepare performance reports and support corporate initiatives.
