Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Project Engineering Manager to own all engineering disciplines for power plant projects, leading a diverse team across electrical, mechanical, civil, and process disciplines. You will ensure design reviews, procurement alignment, and cost calculations align with bid requirements, while managing scope, schedule, and risks.

Occasional site visits and international collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering fields related to Power Generation and EPC.
• 5 years in technical project management.
• Experience managing interfaces with bid management and stakeholders.
• German and Spanish or French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering resources across disciplines (electrical, plant layout, mechanical, civil, process, thermal, controls, instrumentation).
• Coordinate design reviews, design works, sourcing alignment, and cost calculations for proposals.
• Hold meetings to ensure scope, schedule, and cost adherence.
• Organize handover from proposal to execution teams and support project realization.
• Occasionally visit customers/sites to align engineering concepts with costed proposals.
