Job summary
Nestlé USA is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to partner with the Local Leadership Team and shop floor teams to drive TPM-based performance improvements. The role emphasizes coaching, data reliability, and systematic problem-solving to turn opportunities into measurable gains.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in manufacturing, experience with TPM/Lean, and the ability to build capability through practical coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Local Leadership Team to define, align, and execute the factory performance improvement strategy.
- Translate the Factory Operational Master Plan, loss analysis, and external benchmarks into a practical roadmap.
- Drive alignment among LLT members and key stakeholders across Production.
- Shape and coordinate the factory improvement plan including TPM deployment, capital projects, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Establish governance and review routines to track progress and sustain results.
- Maintain a strong shop floor presence to coach teams and implement corrective actions.
- Lead GEMBA focused improvement and training initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with HR and Training to develop capability plans.
