Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading capital (CapEx) projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
• TPM, NCE, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through design, execution, start-up and closeout.
• Serve as primary project leader, ensuring safety, quality, scope, schedule and budgets.
• Coordinate design, bid packages, contractor selection, and field execution.
