Hadrian is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to advance our fabrication capabilities through strategic project management, system building, and process innovation. You will identify high-priority manufacturing challenges, deploy pragmatic solutions, and drive new assets to support rapid production scale.

You will lead projects from concept to completion, perform root-cause analysis, and design early, scalable processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or relevant STEM field.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role with leadership of meaningful projects.
• Experience developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems.
• Ability for occasional travel up to 35% of the time.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion, solving complex operational or technical challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead development of early, pragmatic system improvements and inform long-term tech direction.
• Redesign existing processes and introduce new processes and assets to raise production rates.
