Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager for our Silicon Valley, California franchise. The FSM will oversee client relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery to maintain high client satisfaction across assigned accounts.

This role requires leadership of Night Managers and coordination with Operations to meet client needs. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, strong communication skills, and CRM

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years sales and management in building maintenance or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships including retention and expansion.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, plan staffing and logistics.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality checks and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee Night Managers and staff to execute client strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date route sheets, BIS, and safety sheets.
