Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Field Solutions Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of small commercial clients across San Diego County. You will drive service quality, client retention, and account growth while visiting sites daily.

As FSM, you’ll oversee operations, coordinate with contractors, and expand relationships with add-on services. A strong sales and account-management background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales/management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Experience as Account Manager or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for an assigned client base in the San Diego County area.
• Perform field visits, quality inspections, and coordinate with contractors.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify add-on sales opportunities.
• Oversee pricing, staffing, and logistics for projects.
• Ensure contracts with clients and ICs are fulfilled and compliant.
• Use CRM to inspect clients, update contacts, and track billing.
