Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) for our Orlando franchise. The FSM oversees multiple client contracted janitorial and service areas, providing field support, training, and guidance to start new clients.

The role also focuses on selling maintenance solutions and meeting revenue targets. You will manage client relationships, coordinate service strategies, negotiate agreements, and ensure quality control with contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in janitorial services or building maintenance.
• High School diploma is required; bachelor's degree desirable.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through on commitments.
• Positive, outgoing personality; strong relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule for each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services, determining pricing and staffing.
• Manage contractor relationships including sourcing, pricing, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-up.
• Promote sale of supplies and monitor client needs.
• Communicate issues to City Wide Contractors and your supervisor.
• Use City Wide's CRM to perform inspections and assignments.
• Schedule non-routine activities in Outlook.
• Update BIS, FSM sheets, Exhibit A's, and MSDS labeling.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory.
• Discuss quality control surveys with clients to encourage responses.
