City Wide Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to lead client engagement, retention, and service expansion across accounts. This role offers a six-figure income opportunity with a base salary plus bonus/commission and OTE of $100k+.

Qualifications

• Proven success (3+ years) in client retention or service roles with strong customer experiences.
• Strong relationship building with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized; skilled at managing multiple priorities.
• Confident, adaptable, and forward-thinking; comfortable tackling new challenges and ideas for improvement.
• Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Holds a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred); previous service industry experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage contractor performance, compliance, and agreements; enforce service standards and replace contractors as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure execution of service strategies and client needs.
• Manage inspections, supply procurement, and CRM data entry; maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams.
• Assist with invoice collection, contractor payments, and maintenance of client documentation and schedules.
