Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Perrysburg, OH, is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee business operations for a client territory, managing relationships with clients and contractors and driving service quality and growth.

You will train staff, schedule site visits, negotiate contracts and pricing, ensure quality control, and maintain critical documentation such as BIS and route sheets. Travel daily to client sites and contribute to a high-performing Northwest Ohio team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• 3+ years track record of success in client retention with measurable goals.
• Ability to travel daily to client locations; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships including retention and expansion.
• Formulate service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services, determine pricing and logistics.
• Manage contractor relationships including hiring, pricing, terms, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure services are performed correctly.
• Update route sheets, BIS, and other client documentation.
