Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of an assigned client area, manage client relationships, coordinate site visits, and ensure high client satisfaction.

You will negotiate contracts, manage contractors, lead Night Managers, and drive retention and expansion of services. Travel to client locations is required; strong CRM and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years sales and management in building maintenance or facilities.
• 3+ years track record in client retention with measurable goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification.
• Formulate and manage a service strategy tailored to each client.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, staffing, and logistics with clients.
• Oversee contractor relationships, including hiring, pricing, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure services are performed correctly.
• Coordinate staffing and monitor internal/external resource needs.
• Use CRM to document inspections and client communications.
