Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations for assigned client accounts in Northbrook, IL. This outside, B2B role involves hands-on field support, contractor coordination, and ongoing client relationship development.

The FSM will negotiate contracts, manage pricing and staffing, and ensure client satisfaction through inspections and proactive issue resolution. Travel locally is required and ERP/CRM proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience.
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments.
• Positive, outgoing personality and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule for each client.
• Negotiate and enter agreements for additional services and determine pricing/logistics.
• Oversee Contractor relationships and ensure compliance and performance.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through quality control inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure services are performed as planned.
• Coordinate supplies procurement and client communications with the Director of Operations.
• Maintain routes, BIS, and exhibit documentation for clients.
