Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in the Virginia Beach area is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of an assigned client service territory. This outside, B2B role involves field support, training, contractor performance inspections, and building long-term client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in outside B2B account management or related fields, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel locally daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience.
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.
• Ability to travel daily to client locations locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services including pricing, staffing and logistics.
• Manage all Contractor relationships including interviewing, pricing, contract terms, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction via site inspections and follow-up.
• Supervise Night Managers to execute the client’s strategy and service delivery.
• Procure and monitor supplies for clients.
• Communicate client issues promptly with Contractors and Operations Director/owner.
• Use City Wide’s CRM to perform inspections and related tasks.
• Schedule non-routine activities in client facilities using Outlook.
• Update and maintain BIS, FSM Summary Sheets, and Exhibit A’s; label MSDS sheets.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts, especially new construction.
• Develop plans with leadership to resolve client complaints and monitor compliance.
• Approve Night Managers’ and Service Representatives’ pay sheets; ensure accuracy.
• Assist Accounting in collecting past due invoices and vendor payments.
• Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planner.
