Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Northern Virginia is seeking a District Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive service strategy, and coordinate contractor activities in a field-based, outside B2B role.

The role requires 2+ years in external account management, strong communication skills, and daily travel to local client sites. Base salary 60–70k with commissions; OTE 120–150k. Benefits include health, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management in building maintenance or facility management preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and reliable follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to travel locally daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships including retention and expansion.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services; determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
• Coordinate site visits, contractor management, and inspections; ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure quality control and follow-through with promises to clients.
• Use City Wide CRM to perform client inspections and billable charges.
• Update route sheets, BIS, and MSDS labeling; support scheduling and account planning.
