Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Northern Virginia seeks a District Account Manager to manage B2B client relationships, lead service strategy, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor networks. This outside role requires building long‑term client relationships and coordinating with Night Managers to ensure service excellence.

Applicants should have 2+ years in outside B2B account management, strong communication, and the ability to travel daily to client locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience preferred.
• Strong client retention track record with measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships including retention and expansion.
• Develop and manage service strategy and client-specific schedules.
• Negotiate contracts for additional services and determine pricing/logistics.
• Oversee contractor relationships—hiring, pricing, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction through inspections and follow‑through.
• Supervise Night Managers and direct service execution per client strategy.
• Coordinate supplies, communications, and issue resolution with Contractors and Ops Director.
• Use CRM to document inspections, charges, routing, and BIS updates.
