ABM Industries seeks a driven sales professional to develop and close new business for commercial and medical office facilities in a defined Oklahoma City territory. You will identify client needs, present bundled facility services, and work with operations to deliver tailored proposals.

You’ll prospect through cold calls, networking, and events, maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and drive revenue while building lasting client relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience finding, qualifying, and closing new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads.
• Hunter sales mentality with goal-driven, self-motivated approach.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business via cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop proposals and participate in pricing solutions to meet client needs.
• Maintain and forecast sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Attend CRE-related events and build client relationships across territory.
