The facility operations team at the McIntire School of Commerce is seeking dependable and proactive UVA students to serve as Facility Operations Assistants. This position provides hands‑on support for the day‑to‑day operations of facilities and shared spaces across Rouss & Robertson Halls, Shumway Hall, and Cobb Hall. Facility Operations Assistants will support the facility operations team in ensuring that buildings, shared spaces, and events run smoothly. This role offers practical experience in operations, facilities coordination, event support, and workplace logistics. Federal Work Study eligibile students encouraged to apply.
$15/hr.

This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Duties may involve moving furniture and event materials and transporting packages between buildings, with the ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs.
