Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Facility Manager for the Clanton Rd Day Support Center in Charlotte. Responsibilities include maintaining facility operations, ensuring health and safety standards, supervising administrative staff, and managing opening and closing procedures for the facility.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Evenings and weekends may be required.

Pay Rate

$42,000/year (Salaried)

Responsibilities

• Promote individual self-determination, respecting diversity and advocating for rights.
• Ensure safety through training, emergency procedures, and safety standards compliance.
• Manage fleet vehicles and oversee daily facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support staff with feedback and directives.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.
• Monitor incident reports, prepare monthly reports, and handle invoicing and ordering.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Certifications in BBP, OSHA, FA/CPR, and Defensive Driving required.
